With close to 15 years of commercial real estate experience, Brett has become a trusted expert in tenant representation, investment sales, and overseeing leasing portfolios that exceed 1 million square feet. Known for his dedication to his clients, Brett has helped both national brands and emerging startups thrive in competitive market environments.
Prior to starting StreetFront Commercial, Brett was the Senior Vice President at Weitzman, where he played an integral role in establishing and growing their Austin office. During his tenure, he was honored multiple times as an Austin Business Journal Heavy Hitter, reflecting his industry influence and exceptional performance.
Britt Morrison is the co-founder of StreetFront Commercial, a leading commercial real estate firm based in Austin, Texas. With nearly two decadesof experience in the sector, Britt has built a reputation as a trusted advisor specializing in both landlord and tenant representation. His leasing portfolioin Austin includes over 2.5 million square feet of retail properties, and he represents over 40 restaurants and retailers across Texas.
Previously, Britt spent more than 15 years with Weitzman, where he served as Senior Vice President and held the title of Austin’s Top Broker for over a decade. His work has earned him significant accolades, including being named Austin Business Journal’s Top Retail Broker and the #1 Heavy Hitterin Central Texas for 2024.
